Cordova and Valdez, Alaska to Host Developers and HomeBuilders Roundtable

Updated: Sep 10

Community partners from PWS communities are working to energize housing solutions by inviting developers and homebuilders to an online roundtable on housing development opportunities here! We are working to facilitate strategic partnerships and encourage affordable housing development in rural, coastal Alaska.  This convening will introduce developers and homebuilders to municipal leaders and community housing partners who want to collaborate on catalyzing the development of rental and homeowner units to increase middle-income and starter or micro-homes in our communities.  Seeking to build on regional momentum in creating housing, the PWS Housing Working Group is convening community representatives, builders, developers and other regional stakeholders to put our local assets to work for community growth.

Roundtable Date: October 15, 2024

Location: Cordova Center, 601 First Street, Cordova, AK and online
